1. The short version
- Cancel before work starts: full refund.
- Once a deliverable has been sent: no refund.
- Monthly plans: 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The current month is not refunded.
- Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with the conditions below.
- Calls: free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before.
2. One-off audits and projects
Cancel by email to support@seo-storm.com before we start work and we refund the full amount. Work starts when we send you the kickoff email after the access arrives, or on the start date you chose, whichever is earlier. Once we have delivered the audit, report, plan or other deliverable, it cannot be refunded because it has been provided in full. If we fail to deliver what the service page describes, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund the affected part.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum. After that, give 30 days' notice by email. The plan ends at the close of the billing month in which the notice period ends. We do not refund the current month. Within the minimum term you may not end the plan early; if we cannot deliver the work, we will tell you and refund the months we did not deliver.
4. Kickoff and strategy calls
You can reschedule or cancel a call free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Within 24 hours, we may charge 50% of that session's share of the fee. We do not charge if we cause the delay or if you have an emergency and tell us.
5. Right of withdrawal for consumers (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to support@seo-storm.com. If you asked us to start the service within the 14 days, you must pay a proportionate amount for what we had delivered up to the moment you told us you were withdrawing. If the service has been fully delivered and you had expressly agreed to start earlier and acknowledged losing the right, you can no longer withdraw. The checkout asks you to confirm this. This section does not affect business customers, who have no statutory right of withdrawal.
6. How refunds are paid
We refund within 14 days of agreeing a refund or receiving a valid withdrawal, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
7. Problems with the service
If you are unhappy, write to support@seo-storm.com. We answer within five business days. You may also use the Livro de Reclamações and the dispute resolution options in the Terms of Service.
