Process

Four steps, and you see each one.

Audit, plan, execute, report. Here is what happens in each step, what we need from you and what you receive.

The four steps in detail

  1. Audit

    What we do

Crawl the site, review Search Console and GA4, benchmark three competitors, and list every issue by impact and effort.

    What you receive

    A written diagnosis, ranked.

    Duration

    1–2 weeks

  2. Plan

    What we do

Turn findings into a sequenced plan with owners, effort and the measure that will show it worked.

    What you receive

    A 90-day plan.

    Duration

    3–5 days

  3. Execute

    What we do

Ship fixes as developer tickets, write content from briefs, fix profiles and structured data, earn links.

    What you receive

    A dated work log.

    Duration

    Monthly

  4. Report

    What we do

Write the monthly report: what changed, why, what next. Review it with you on a call.

    What you receive

The monthly report and a call.

    Duration

    Every month

What's in every monthly report

Every monthly plan ends with the same report. Five pages, one question each: what changed, why, what next. The numbers below are made up for illustration.

Sample report. Illustrative data.

  • What changed visibility and traffic moves, by page group, against the previous month.

  • Why the work or outside event that explains it, with dates.

  • What we did a dated list, linked to pages.

  • What's next three priorities and the measure for each.

What we need from you

A little from you, up front

  • Read-only access to Google Search Console and GA4 (Editor on GA4 for setup).

  • A named contact who can approve briefs and drafts within three working days.

  • Developer or CMS access where we should apply simple fixes, only if you want it.

  • Your goal in one sentence: leads, calls, sales or sign-ups.

  • Changes you plan such as a redesign, migration or launch, so we can protect your traffic.
