2. What data we collect
- When you send the free-audit or contact form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), website address, goal and the message you write.
- When you place an order: your name, email, phone, company name, billing address (street, postcode, city, country), tax number if you give it, website address, preferred start date, goals and languages, and the order details. We never receive or store card numbers.
- When you browse: technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, held in server logs. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 also records usage statistics.
- When you write to us: the content of your messages.

We do not use your data for marketing emails unless you ask for them. We do not sell personal data. We do not take decisions about you by automated means.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies and local storage to run the cart and remember your choices. We use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Before consent, no Google script loads. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
5. Who receives your data
- Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf to run the site and send mail.
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4, only if you consent.
- Our accountant and tax authorities, for invoicing and legal obligations.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We use processors under written agreements and only for the purposes above.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for participants in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses. You can avoid this by rejecting analytics cookies.
7. How long we keep it
- Audit and contact requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Order and invoice records: for the period Portuguese tax and accounting law requires, currently up to 10 years.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google's systems.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to support@seo-storm.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, restrict access to the data and limit what forms collect. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the authority of a breach when the law requires.
10. Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. For major changes affecting you we will tell you by email if we have your address.
